1. Overview
Welcome to ReviewNotes ("the Service").
By using ReviewNotes, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
2. Purpose
ReviewNotes helps users:
- Register study problems (text or images)
- Build personalized problem sets
- Practice repeatedly
- Track learning progress
The Service is designed for personal, non-commercial educational use.
3. Accounts and Access
- Access is provided through Google Login (OAuth) only.
- You are responsible for managing your own Google account.
- ReviewNotes does not store or handle any Google passwords.
4. User Content
- You own all content you upload, including notes, problems, and images.
- ReviewNotes only stores and displays your content within your personal account.
- Your data will never be shared, analyzed, or used for advertising.
5. Data Storage
- All user data is securely stored on AWS Cloud Infrastructure.
- We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability, but continuous access cannot be guaranteed.
- Service operations may be modified or paused for updates or maintenance.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- Paid plans (Basic, Standard, Pro) are billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) until you cancel.
- You can cancel anytime from Subscription Management. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable for partial billing periods.
- Plan prices and limits may change; we will give reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful or infringing materials
- Attempt to access or modify data belonging to others
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or exploit the Service for commercial resale
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is."
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
9. Modifications
We may revise these Terms periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
