The same note produces different study depending on what comes back. Everything advances coverage; wrong narrows toward the latest weak results.
A scope is not a permanent label. It is the filter for what this plan should prioritize now.
Everything — when every question needs one pass
Use it for first coverage or a final check with no omissions. New and review work can both appear.
For a large note, keep the daily target small enough that full coverage does not overwhelm today.
Wrong only — the latest result was incorrect
This uses the latest saved result for the problem. If a problem appears in several sets, its current problem-level result still decides.
It fits post-set review and reducing weak spots before an exam.
Hard only — include uncertain correct answers
Difficulty can bring back a problem even when it was correct. Use it for items that took too long or were right by luck.
Marking too many problems hard makes this scope indistinguishable from everything.
Unsolved only — move new material forward
These problems have no saved result yet. A result from any set removes the problem from the unsolved scope.
Use it for a first pass through a new note or finishing untouched material.
